website or these Terms. We will use reasonable

will be treated as acceptance by you of such change.
MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATIONS
1. Your membership of this
website is personal to you and you must therefore
not share it with any other person. If you have
been issued with a username and/or password, you
agree to keep these secure and confidential and
you agree to (i) notify us immediately upon becoming
aware of any unauthorised disclosure or use of
your username and/or password and (ii) be liable
for any loss or damage resulting from such unauthorised
use or disclosure.
2. You are responsible for
providing all equipment necessary to access this
website and for all related third party charges
(eg telephone charges and Internet Service Provider
charges).
3. You agree to use this website
only in accordance with these Terms. In the event

6. We may, in our sole discretion,
terminate or suspend your membership immediately
without notice for any reason, including (without
limitation) if you breach any of these Terms.
We may also, in our sole discretion and at any
time, cease the provision of this website, or
any part of it, with or without notice to you.
In the event that we cease to provide this website,
you agree that we may immediately de-activate
your membership and delete any personal information
relating to your membership.
